Return & Exchange Policy
At Bio Pepz, we ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products being strictly for research purposes, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a peptide that is not in optimal condition, we will provide a replacement. To process a replacement, we require a photograph of the peptide as proof of its condition before dispatching a new one.
